New York - Road Trip part 3

After D.C. we drove up to Rochester NY, to see the church sites there. Then we went on to Niagra Falls. At the falls, I really did not trust taking Walter out, so all those pictures are from my phone. Enjoy!

Mt. Vernon and Washington D.C. - Road Trip part 2

After Nashville, I flew to BWI and then on to joining my family on the road trip. We went to Mt. Vernon and the next day to D.C. Enjoy!

Nashville - Road Trip part 1

This summer, I took an epic adventure. I went from Nashville to DC, through NY and Ohio and then stopped in Chicago. I was gone for a total of 22 days. I already posted about my trip to the sunflower field. So now, I'll post in order. First stop: Nashville.

While in Nashville, I ventured out one day with a few people and we went to the city of Franklin. It was so amazing! Such a cute little town and steeped in history. We went out to a plantation with the nation's largest private Confederate cemetery. It was really neat.

Sunflowers

I have been a super traveler lately. I still have more to post from my trip, but those will come later. These pictures are from when I went with my cousins and aunt to the McKee-Gesher Wildlife Management Preserve to their sunflower field. They have at field that is 2.5 miles long. It was amazing! We went so that Jessica could take Amanda's senior pictures. I have never been to a sunflower field and it was awesome. I took a ton of pictures, but I still had a hard time picking just a few favorites, so enjoy a photo dump.

Family Photos!

Do you know those people that you have know forever? That is how it is with this family. We have been on road trips, eaten dinner, Girls Camp etc. They are awesome, so when Irene approached me to take family pics I was so excited. This was one of those photo shoots where this just clicked. I came home and every picture turned out and looked awesome. Here are a few. Enjoy!

What do you do in the springtime?

A few flowers from the back yard. Enjoy!

Sami's Senior Pics

My little sister is all grown up and graduating high school! I am so excited for her and we really had a lot of fun taking these pictures. She was the photo editor this year for her yearbook, so she knows a thing or two about photography. I was a little nervous that she was going to really critique me, but it was an awesome shoot. Enjoy!
